Shock Freezers (Quick Freeze Facilities)

Similar to a refrigeration room, quick-freeze rooms are built of panels and a cooling system, but the cooling system is significantly larger because it is designed according to the capacity required to freeze products within the time set by the ordering customer.

The temperature in the freezer room is usually between -35 °c and -40 °c.

The Shock Freezer Rooms are designed for a wide variety of products for most food but not only.
